“Never, ever again...”

Similar problems to all other postings. The junk mail and pestering was irritating, but when I had to cancel my policy, having paid the whole £500 a year in advance at the outset, after nine months the refund was... £21. Yes, TWENTY QUID! By the time they had charged a penalty, admin fee, etc etc. that was it! To change the policy from a car worth £30000 to one worth £6000 , one fifth of the value, they wanted to INCREASE my premium by almost £100 for the remaining three months.

Please be advised, this company is not trustworthy in the slightest. Just a bunch of con artists.

I guess if you pay cheap, you get cheap.
