I was quoted insurance last June 2011 of £2400 after talking with them reduced it to £1500 so i thought i had a good deal later in January compared a new quote with came back at £750 when i asked them what had changed they said it was the time of the year. i told them i will not renew again with them. I Recently a new quote came out for £1150 and they automatically took the money out but i had already went to a new company for the same cover for £388 . After calling them i demanded the money to be returned to my account and after 14 days receive a check and not for the full amount but minis their cut.
