“speechless, cancelled policy without my knowledge!!”

Really advise people to stay away, My wife had issues with her car insurance and money taken without notice, but I thought it was a one off! I then got a policy for my van which they cancelled without informing me after taking a 3rd months premium!! when I contacted them they said it was not their place to ring me, and if I wished to pay £168.00 charge they could start a new policy!!! It turns out my last insurer had not given my no claims info so swinton cancelled! Head office said its a shame but its their policy. I am speechless, frustrated & angry. Tried being polite, calm & collected but their IGNORANCE is staggering...
