As soon as my year is up I am going some where else. They are a terrible firm, so many hidden charges. They charged me £25 just to change my adress. I changed to a nicer are and it went up by £12.... but on the phone they only said £8. Such bad customer service too. As soon as they get you to go with them they make it so expensive to change. Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake I did! NEVER GO WITH SWINTON!
