I was involved in a no blame accident, third party admitted liability, their insurers, Zenith, admitted liability but Swiftcover wanted to do it knock for knock 50/50 as it saved them work and I would only lose 3 years no claims bonus.
To lazy to do their job, did not provide a replacement vehicle although it was in my policy, did the repairs and paid my excess. I had to chase them endlessly to get my repairs sorted and courtesy car arranged.
Very long waiting times on phone to attend call.
I will pay more and go with some other insurer next time.
In one word they are PATHETIC. My advise would be NEVER TO GO WITH THEM no matter how cheap they are, go for the next available cheap option
