'NICKY' a lovely customer service lady was so nice to talk too , she was very professional in her job !So i would like to 'compliment' her + its such a pleasure to have someone who actually listens +speaks so nice to you!She emailed my certificate, because i hadnt received my policy documents for over 12days ! so thank you Nicky.
