I had insured my car for 1 year, no claims, renewal letter requiring a lot more money and I was not interested as I found it cheaper. Asked for prove of no claims bonus, 3 weeks have passed and nothing on my letterbox, sent several emails and no answer, no good, makes me wonder why.
