I purchased my motor trade policy 5 months ago and sent the proof of no claims discount... I was then told by letter after 3 weeks that this was not good enough and (renewal notice) and it had to be a separate letter stating the proof of ncb. I contacted my previous insurance company and they said they don't produce a separate letter and that the renewal IS THE PROOD of ncb. I then got back to simplyinsurance and they said "ok well it will be ok and we'll pass it on to Tradewise"... TODAY (154 days after starting the policy) Tradewise are now saying it is not valid proof of ncb and my insurance will be cancelled in 7 days if I do not pay an additional £1358.40.
I really don't know what to do and I can't believe this company is still in business with such terrible customer service... YOU ALWAYS TALK TO CHARLIE... is it 3 people in a terraced house running this insurance business!?
Had to give 1 star wish i couldve given 0 stars... They are terrible!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
