I've just phoned to change my address and spent over 10 minutes on a call to a women who talk so fast I could bearly understand what she was saying. At the end of the call after telling me my premium had gone down and that a small admin fee had been charged the figures she quoted me didn't add up, thankfully I was quick enough to realise and asked why. She said she had told me in the call about the optional extras and that I had agreed to them, but during the call it was made to sound like I already had them included on my policy so when she was talking it didn't stand out until she gave me the difference in my monthly payments.

Beware of these...... they sneakly add products without making you aware...misselling!
