“rip off company”

took out car insurance, sent all the details, paid a £120 upfront, went away for a week and came home to find a letter from sheilas wheels saying they had cancelled my policy as i had not sent them details (which i had) i had driven home uninsured! i cannot renew this policy, i will be charged a cancellation fee and have lost my £120. how could this happen????

I have had exactly the same problem!!! They are telling me the same thing so I have told them I am not paying for something I have black and white proof did not happen. They even e-mailed me to say thanks for the documents and never processed them!!!!
