It appears i have had the same problem as many others, i called for a renewal quote as i was moving address, they said unless i was moving within 3 days they couldnt give me one so i agreed to put the new address in the system just so i could get a quote, the quote had to be posted, not a problem, it was going to my partners address, a week later i check my account and they had taken £42 extra out of my account, when i called to query this i was told the call would have to be listend to, fair enough, my call back was by a guy who had not even listened to the call and every comment i made he replied with " iam not allowed to have an opinion" when i asked for a copy of the call (i 100% know at the end of the call i asked if anything more was coming out of my account i was answered NO), i was told if i want a copy of the call i would have to pay for it - the company have really poor customer service and have very little respect for customers with issues, all they are after is your money, once they have it regardless of any problems you are on your own... stay clear of this company, i think its worth paying a little extra each month to a company that will help you resolve any problems and not have an "oh well" attitude.
