“AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! ABSOLUTE USELESS”

What an appalling company. Useless cant be bothered unhelpful staff. I had a crash where someone old guy drove into the side of my car full pelt (partner was driving) I was in the passenger seat. It was a really bad crash, airbags went off etc. So far Sheila's wheels won't allow a flat tyre and airbag to be claimed for?????? They are trying to say the airbag went off before the crash! what the hell!!!!??????
Avoid this company! utter useless, hence why they are so CHEAP! We have now been without our car for 1 month. You get what you pay for, that is certainly true and I will be cancelling this policy as soon as everything is sorted with my car.
