Two weeks after my car was run into, loads of expensive and lengthy phone calls, passed onto another company, misinformation - I am still in Limbo. They are not "fighting my corner" because 3rd party does not admit they were wrong. Customer Services say "can't help on this phone number". At first they seemed supportive but now they want to write-off my faithful car where previously, they said that I was going to get everything fixed, have a courtesy car and not lose no-claims.
Despair!
