I switched my car insurance to Saga Select - WHAT A DISASTER! - their so-called "customer service" is totally overloaded. As a result, they did not acknowledge my notice of NCD and cancelled my insurance after 26 days. When I complained and asked how much I was going to get back assuming I should pay 26/365ths of the total premium. OH NO!!!, they "very generously"(!!!) said they would not charge me a cancellation fee, but still retained ALL of the unused Legal Expenses cover.
If you try to contact their "customer service" (I tried several times), you get told there is no one available to deal with your query, so they will (ie: might) ring you back within 24 hours. They ignore your emails, so how on earth are you supposed to get any sense out of these useless people?
DON'T GO NEAR SAGA SELECT!!!
