I tried to get a quote from Saga beginning of February, my car was returning from Spain and needed re-registering and British insurance. It is now the
third week of March, I never did get a quote, just a lot of rubbish about the underwriters ringing me back etc. Joke. The agents answering phones are far too young, totally inexperienced with people over 65 and they call themselves experts with the elderly! Customer service is absolutely paramount in this day and age, they have none.
