I wish I had read these reviews before accepting their quote. Hardest people to do business with in the industry ( and I've had motor insurance for 25 years in this country).
Following acceptance of the quote, they submerged me with administration requests, which took weeks to sort out. They then found that one of the papers I had sent wasn't fully compliant and they decided to cancel my policy. Shame they didn't manage to tell me they had done so, and I only found out when I tried sending them yet another document request, to which they responded that the insurance had been cancelled because I was late sending this. Net result is that I drove around for 10 days completely uninsured.
