I received a letter asking me to pay by return 26.33 for a policy that was cancelled prior to my renew date due to me finding a cheaper policy. It looks like if you do not renew with them and you cancel you get charged automatically for cancelling
Also if you have a direct debit and you do not renew with them please cancel your direct debit otherwise they will take out a payment. Need proof of no claims for my new insurance company after 2 weeks still not received customer service is shocking
