“Do not use Poor Customer Service”

I have been insured with this company and in the last year they have failed to update my insurance details to the relevant authorities resulting in me being stopped by the police for no insurance .......... upon calling them not only was there no real opology they have been rude and very unhelpful , failing to honor call backs and have even put the phone down on me ..... I would advice everyone to stay away from this company , yes they may be a bit cheaper Sometimes but they are not the... (read more)

Rescuemycar.com Please do not use them. Go to a reputable breakdown insurance companies like RAC, AA or GreenFlag. Customer service is almost nonexistence. Although the person I managed to finally speak to is quite polite and courteous. Their price looks quite competitive but be careful there are some others stealth charges. There is a hefty cancellation fee if you ever changed your mind. Confirmation of your insurance is very slow. There is an extra charge of £40 if you are lucky... (read more)

I had a very minor incident with another vehicle and it's taken almost 6 months to resolve. Despite what I've read on another website, they palmed out my claim to not one but two third party claims handlers who sent letters saying that I hadn't informed them of the incident when I had involved this broker on the day of the incident and in the end I was getting letters directly from the third party solicitors when all this should be dealt with by the insurer. “Great customer service”

Every time I have spoken to this company I have received fast and efficient customer service. They are digitally aware and have pulled out all the stops to make signing up for car insurance and dealing with them easy and fast. Most recently I took the wrong document to the Post Office when renewing my tax and the customer service agent pinged it over by email so I didn't have to make an trip back home. I recently had a claim going through my Insurance where I had gone into town and returned to find my vehicle had been hit and no details left. I called my Insurance and went through all the details with them and the next day I had one of their approved repairs contact me to collect my vehicle. “Avoid, shockingly bad company n even worse customer...”

I used them once as they was the cheapest on the market, biggest mistake ever. all the staff are rude, makes you feel like your holding them up from do something important, when i brought my new car they couldn't insure me for some reason so i had go with different insurer half through the year due to this i lost my NCB entitlement, plus i had to call them numerous times to get my NBC sent out to me, im still waiting for my NCB proof, my new insurance company is about to cancel my policy... I recently took out car insurance through Compare the Market and purchased a policy with Rescuemycar.com. I opted for a fully comprehensive policy. 5 weeks ago my car was hit in the rear. At the scene, the guy accepted liability and apologised. However he then said he was not accepting liability, or his insurerers said he wasnt. very ripped off, took £97.00p deposit, on a new policy, owing to postal delays/ ? {they only deal by post} !!!! they canceled policy,after one month, Also did not notify there credit supplier,so After cancelling policy I am still deducted a D/D...
