RESCUE MY CAR INSURANCE AND THERE COMRADES CLOSE FINANCE This company Rescue my car insurance acts as a broker; however they use the comparrison web sites like go compare to get business. All seems well when you book online; and pay your deposit. Then the funny stuff starts. Letters arriving demanding proof of no claims bonus. Late postage of your certificate of insurance. No online support. Then the really bad stuff starts if you happen to change your car. Fistly they slap you with a £30 fee just for changing; then they charge you; in my case double what other companies are chanrging on the same comparrison sites then if you say you want to cancel they say "you cant cancel right away until we get the certificate4 of insurance back" LIARS and what a joke. Then they want £50 cancellation fee on top. The other mob associated with them are worse. CLOSE PREMIUM FINANCE. They finance all the car insurance; got a letter from them today. Does't really effect me but this letter says we are putting up the late payment fees from £25 to £30. OK not a big problem; but on the back of the letter it says this. "OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU STIPULATES THAT WE CAN MAKE CHANGES TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY POINT DURING YOUR AGREEMENT." Well thats an open ended stick if I ever did. So to end this; Rescuemycar insurance have nicked from me about £150 BUT ITS STILL WORTH CANCELLING AND CHANGING TO ANOTHER COMPANY. As if I had stayed they would have got a futher £100 more. Complaint will go about this to the insurance ofwat thingie; but I bet they stick together. SO BEWARE BEFORE YOU PART WITH YOUR CASH.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
