***DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THE 'LOW' QUOTE! QUOTE WAS NOT ACCURATE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!*** I don't normally write reviews but this company is so deceitful I felt people really need to know, as I don't want anyone else to waste their time or be pay extra charges when they can go with a better insurer for probably less. Not really , it demands on what u have written in your online form, if Is accurate there won't be any changes in your premium

Yes that is what you would expect, however this was NOT the case. Despite the fact the information was accurate on the online form the premium was increased - this is the reason why I have written this detailed review - no information was changed yet the premium was increased.

Somebody the ombudsman needs to do something about this company!! Similar incident with my husband bike finally got written off February 16. He now has a new bike with a new insurance company who are advising they will cancel iphis policy if his no claims proof is issued. 4 emails (no reply) Two days four phone calls on hold for over 30 minutes at a time to advise his policy is still live ,his responsibility to cancel! “Fabricate statements and lie even to the ombudsman”

Firstly I paid for my insurance online, then the next day when picking up my bike, it took FOUR hours to get through to someone to confirm and validate the insurance. I should have realised how the year was about to begin. I was knocked off my bike, when filtering through traffic (as legally allowed) in September 2015, it is now the end of April 2016 and my bike still has not been looked at. Went on a comparison website and this lot appear to be reasonable. Fairly straight forward to apply online BUT at the end they need to call to verify the details so they say. They called couple of times but kept me on line "for an agent to speak to" me! After 10/15 minutes the phone cut off. Three days on and I kept calling them. Please read the small print. They literally robbed me of my money! First, when first taking out the quote the staff were pleasant, attentive and friendly. Everything after was disgusting. Customer service skills at zero. I changed my car mid policy, and they said they had a "95% cancellation fee", basically wanting me to pay my insurance in full to cancel. This company is terrible!!!! Not only was I put on hold for 34 minutes. I went through to the switchboard who was actually quite helpful, who then tried to transfer me through. When I finally got through to someone who told me I had been put through to the wrong department!!!! I then got past on to someone who answered the phone and directly put me on hold again! I would never apply or buy an insurance through this rubbish company. I have been quoted a price and I have been charged another 600 on top of the quote. They practically disappoint me in every way. their customer support is rubbish. i called them today and been through 6 agents and put me on hold for almost an hour, without sorting my problem or even want to sort it. I would not recommend Right Choice Insurance. I had a quote for my car insurance, via a comparison site, and decided to go with RCIB on line. 3 days later the insurance hasn't been authorised. Someone from RCIB has to contact you even though you have given your credit card details on line. No one ever contacted me. I have phoned them 3 times, calls are not free.
