Out N out rude & inconsistent

Having filled in an online comparison in Jan 16...I took out a fully comprehensive policy. There were some difference in the quote on line to the quote on the phone but stupidly I went ahead.
I had 3 non fault accidents which I had declared.
Policy runs out tonight and I'd had countless texts and emails promising loyalty discount omd what a joke.
I spoke to a customer service 'boy' who repeatedly told me my quote was high because I lived in the city. He quoted me £300 more than last year's policy and when I pointed this out spoke to a manager and took it down by £130. I decided that I'd go with it. He said I'd have to pay another deposit of £110....which I did. 20 mins later he calls back to say my card has been declined....when he read the card number back he'd written them down wrong!!! He then calls me back to say that on doing check there were only 2 accidents recorded N starts to tell me about another one.. wrong month and year and clearly not mine. When I correct him he confirms I'm right.
As a result of this and incidentally I have the completed on line quote from last year in my inbox showing the 3...he now says the new policy will cost an extra £2000. I was told that this was the cheapest quote available because i was such a high risk driver despite them having full detaols of accidents. I then went on to find a policy that was cheaper than their initial quote even before they had discounted it.
I quote 14 day cooling off period he states it will cost £85!!!!!! 2 managers later I'm still been told I have to pay the admin cost of deleting the policy number...I was told by another manager that I was getting off lightly....and cheaply as I owed them for my fraudulent insurance last year!!!
