Been through some older reviews here and thankfully I did not read them before I bought my car insurance because I would have missed out badly.

My experience is completely different than those who reviewed negatively, perhaps they ironed out the problems. The operator/broker was of great help, very imformative and obtained any important details required. He was patient, polite, and very communicative. People like him make a massive impression and a positive contribution to a company which truly want to integrate with their customers and not treat them as sales statistics.

I highly recommend RCIB and if the price is right you should without a doubt trust them. The insurance they offered for my car was unbeatable by miles. No other company could come anywhwere close.
