When I first joined Right Choice insurance they were very helpful & friendly, I paid the deposit & I was insured within the hour all was brilliant...until my renewal came around, I had been searching through different insurance companies to find the best price & I had & it is £49 cheaper than Right Choice. When I called & spoke to a member of staff, I said to the man on the phone that my car insurance is due for renewal, however I don't wish to renewal with your company. From this point onwards he was very short with me, he was huffing & puffing a lot & got snotty. My first initial thought has now changed, a customer should not have to listen to moaning nor should they feel pressured to renewal with the company if they don't wish too. My lesson is well & truly learnt. After all he was only trying to make a sale but maybe next time he'll think twice about his attitude towards potential customers.

Same thing I had , then it turned out they had quoted me in the basis I had driven a company can for six years totally untrue , when I called they said they would revieŵ the sales call, when they called back mysteriously they couldn't review it as it had been deleted by accident, they then said it made no difference to the policy when I asked for this to be confirmed they'd said they would email and send a letter which never appeared, I then canceled the policy and thyme have been harassing me ever since , complaint made to ombudsman suggest everyone does the same rip off merchants
