I purchased a policy via Qu*dco in a rush. Later on, I g*ogled the company to find nothing but bad reviews. So, I called them straightaway to cancel. It was 5 to closing time, no one answered. I had a bad feeling about the ourchase which got worse. Next day, as there were still a few days to inception, I called RC1B. Got transferred a few times, got disconnected I think but didn't give up.
FORTUNATELY, I got put through to a guy who saved his company £650+ I gave my reasons, and requested to cancel the policy. He said he was happy to help me by cancelling it but then made an extra effort to ask about the reasons to cancel (i.e. review, phone calls etc.) and addressed those.
I changed my mind. Had problems with old address on my driving licence so was given additional time to submit those. The email has been via email since and the responses are prompt. In fact, I forgot to returned the signed proposal and was sent a reminder.
A plus service. I think if general feedback is bad, then the company should really get him to train up other members of staff and/or oversee how they handle client calls.
Anyone has any concerns, but would like to give RC1B a chance like I did, then contact him.
