Horrendous company, should be shut down.

First of all, I find the sudden bursts of '5 star reviews' all showing up at once to be hilarious. We know its your staff writing those reviews, right choice..
anyway..

My experience with this company is as problematic as everyone elses.

In a nutshell..

1. The price you pay is higher than quoted on the site.
2. They bombard you dozens of pages of paperwork and expectations of scans of half a dozen pieces of ID.
3. Whilst in the process of doing that, you're flooded with threatening letters about cancellation of your insurance if they don't receive it a.s.a.p
4. Once you've sent it, they'll 'lose' much of it and '#3' will repeat again
5. They don't answer the phone
6. They don't respond to emails
7. #3 will repeat AGAIN
8. They will claim they've cancelled your policy (by this time you WANT it cancelled) but they wont and will keep charging you.
9. When you cancel yourself (after an hour+ on the phone at off-peak times) they will quote hidden fee's and charges that just so happen to add up to the EXACT AMOUNT you have left of your coverage with them, costing you upto £100's


This is clearly a fraudulent company and I highly doubt any claims would lead to any kind of pay-out.
Their goal is to sign you up and actively look for reasons to cancel your policy or for you to cancel it so that they can charge you the cost of the rest of the 'policy' without a care in the world..

As with every other legitimate review here, avoid at all costs.
