The greatest Rip off company I have ever dealt with, inventing all kinds of excuses AFTER we pay the first instalment, to take the premium to astronomical levels, and if we don't oblige, threaten with £100 service charge for 'setting up insurance', and such. I have no clue why these people are on Insurance comparison websites, consistently giving the cheapest quotes whereas the reality is an entirely different story.
AVOID like the plague and approach FSA promptly if this has happened to you.
