Appaling service

The RAC WILL punish you and charge you more for your car insurancw if you have an accident and it was NOT your fault FACT, The RAC are probably one of the worst insurers i have ever had the misfortune to buy, i asked for a quote and it was £11 fully comp a month, suddenly i get a letter saying its going up to £18 a month because someone else rear ended my works van and that it was my fault which is nothing to do with my own private car insurance, i said to them it was not my fault so they replied that if i could prove i was not at fault they would reimburse me for the extra money and my payment would go back to £11 a month, today 2 months later i proved that i was not at fault and the RAC have renaged on the contract by telling me that because it was NOT my fault i will still get penalised , why on earth am i paying for some other drivers mistakes, well the RAC told me that i will always get penalised for any accident even if it is not my fault if i am insured with them, today i have now also canceled my RAC breakdown and i will cancel my insurance on the last day of this month.
