I had my car vandalised and after taking it to one of their authorised repairers (Solus, Warrington) - I realised that both companies were woefully inept. The car needed some paintwork doing and a new bumper. After going to collect the car and pay for the excess I first wanted to see the car. I realised that the car hadn't had all the work done (no new bumper) and was now clearly different colours. my husband took the car insurance with them and Again problem with load of NCD file. all was good and i even make a circle where the years of no claim discount were on the document. Of course they said that the fail isnt good and dont have want they ask for. We contact them my email and tried by phone. What a useless outfit QHM are !! From the moment I rang to report an accident I realised they were just not up to the job. “Don't go anywhere near this insurance company”

My brother took out his car insurance with this company they asked for proof of his no claims discount from his previous insurance which he had 10 years no claims they had a link on there sight but every time he tried to send it , it came back as a fault at there end and would not go through he tried for two weeks and even went to his local library thinking it was his computer that was it fault but the same thing happened. “Worst Insurance Company EVER!”

A garage worker drove into my mums stationary car in the garage car park after she had picked it up from having the MOT done. They admitted it was there fault and exchanged insurance details. All clear cut we thought. Mum had to pay the £300 excess in order to get the car back from the body shop who fixed her bumper. The insurance of the garage company WILCO MOTOSAVE decided that is wasn't there fault and they would try their arm. This insurance company didn't even fight it and after 9 months… Read Full Review

They looked for excuses not to pay even though all docs requested were submitted in a timely fashion. They sent someone from G4S to question me 2 months after the accident. I was left without a car and advised not take a curtesy in case they don't pay out. Finally when the car was returned, no apology, no nothing. “Premium and claim”

I insured my vehicle with Quote Me Happy or in other words AVIVA. The price for the policy was very competitive and came in at under £200 for an AUDI A4 sline Avant valued at 11K. 7 months later the vehicle was stolen. QMH have handled the claim very well and after 4 weeks paid out the claim in full. I have read all the negative comments but in my experience i would have no problem with recommending this company to anyone, however I think they cater for the more mature driver with full NCD… Read Full Review

No matter how cheap you think these people are stay away !!! Gave them 1 start because less wasn't available Tried to use their "edit my policy details" online but it wouldn't work in my instance. Sent them numerous emails trying to get someone to call me re my problems but no human reply just autoreply messages. You can't contact them by phone because "they do things differently" and have no phone support!!!!! I changed my car to a 2 litre petrol from a 3.0 litre diesel online and they amended the premium down and credited me instantly without any admin fees, so unlike most of these reviews, I AM HAPPY.
