I am shocked at how terrible this company is. I was asked to upload my NCB. I did, Or at least I thought I had. I received no confirmation. 8 days later I was emailed to say my policy had been cancelled- leaving me 2 hours until it expired at midnight. EVERY time I tried to contact them (there is NO number) it said there was a server error. I tried emailing repeatedly only to find the email was bounced back. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I accepted their quote. Dear me, what a terrible, terrible service. They didn't accept my previous insurer's NCD because they said my insurer's name isn't on the document even though it clearly is in bold black letters. They say I can now cancel if I prefer, not caring a jot about keeping my business. Of course you can't speak to them it's all via the website and responses in 24 hours. They would not accept a letter from previous insurance company and did not contact other insurance company therefore I lost 13 years no claims! This pushed my insurance up from £21 TO £50 a month.... my experience with this company became awful when I made the mistake of changing my car.every time I tried to enter details of my new car (Audi A3 cabriolet ) the system kept asking for version in a non active box.subsequent messaging with staff gave me misplaced hope of resolution. Bought car insurance through go compare,company was quote me happy asked me to upload no claim discount tried on 5 occasions but because on line only you cannot contact them. The cheapest quote for my car, which I rarely use living in London, was with this company. Over 15 years I have been with all sorts of insurers, but this is the worst by far. I wish I'd read these reviews before I chose them, and if you haven't chosen yet, well done for doing this research. In July I will be leaving them. Went online and gave all info, sent Proof of no claimsbut told it was an accelerated no claim sceme. and unless I asked for my application to be altered i.e re quote which I did and paid the extra straight away. Two days later I got an email telling me the policy had been cancelled ! also they would charge me £50 etc and paid the remainder straight back into the bank. Worst service I have ever experienced. Bad service, I done most of the work! Calling in numerous times and them telling me they will contact me back. I still have not ever received a call from them. I emailed to and got an automated reply. I sent two complaint emails - yes you guessed it, NO RESPONSE! The only issue I had was having to ask if my NCB was accepted but they got back to me quickly and said it was fine. Webaite is excellent with Facebook login and excellent layout. I was sent a renewal for my wife's car which I unfortunately paid. I have then been asked for proof of NCD which I stated if they sent it to me I would send it back to them. They have somehow managed to set up two policies for the same car, and charged me for both. Because I could not supply proof of NCD They have cancelled the second policy and charged me approx £80 for their incompetence. I had an email from quote me happy to say my car insurance policy had been cancelled with no explanation and after being accepted two months ago!! This is the worst company I experienced in the last 25 years, it is impossible to contact them. I received an e mail from someone and I sent her 10 e mails and she didn't reply. Very rude people. I made a complaint to Aviva insurance and they didn't reply either. Absolute bad company. I had an accident 6 weeks ago and still waiting for them to reply to my e mail.
