Every email you get a reply from a different person, each person doesn't have a clue what was last discussed, someone tells you something, e.g. I will pass on the the sales team to fix, the sales team do not fix. Repetitive calls, after a long time spent on hold. Ask questions, e.g if you made that error on my policy, have you overcharged me? to be told 'I don't think so'. Ask them to correct an error they have made, to be told I do not need to worry about the admin errors they make!!! Err hello! Your errors effect me! Your customer! I lack all confidence and trust in a word any of them say after being sent round and round and round in circles. An ABSOLUTE WASTE of TIME.
