Just awful, avoid!!

I went with them as they were the cheapest. Big mistake. I uploaded my no claims discount and was told a while later that this was no good as was not showing the no claims discount. I emailed and stated the no claims discount was clearly in the middle of the page. Just received an automated response that was no help stating that I need to provide proof of no claims discount (obviously?!?). I uploaded the same proof and I put a post it note with a big arrow to the ncd saying here it is. I got a response saying it cannot be accept due to part of the page being covered. At this point I wrote to them saying I couldn't believe they could be so stupid. It's exactly the same piece of paper that's been up loaded twice and I was pointing out exactly where the information was they needed. No response. I uploaded again this time highlighting to ncd and the finally accepted it. About 3 months later I messaged on Facebook and on there site saying I wrote messages and received nothing at all and want to make a complaint. Obviously never any response to that either. When my cover finished I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I was going to write exactly why I left in great detail but gave no option. They just seem really stupid and the lack of response is not worth a slightly cheaper premium. I was so worried of having an accident and having to deal with them which having insurance is supposed to give u piece of mind. Luckily i did not have an accident. Never use this insurance company, avoid like the plague!!
