In the 20+ years I have been getting car insurance I have never come across a more complicated and unintelligent way of doing things as is with this company. I have spend days and lots of time trying to send them proof of my no claims, and I'm not even asking for them to protect it!! There is no one to speak to on a phone as they don't give you a phone number to ring. When you finally do get a way of contacting a real person they send emails that don't make sense and start asking for more information than you were originally told to supply. I will never be using this company again, ever.
