Don't go anywhere near this insurance company

My brother took out his car insurance with this company they asked for proof of his no claims discount from his previous insurance which he had 10 years no claims they had a link on there sight but every time he tried to send it , it came back as a fault at there end and would not go through he tried for two weeks and even went to his local library thinking it was his computer that was it fault but the same thing happened. He tried to find a address so he could post it to them or even a phone number but there was no way of contacting them except for a claim line number which was automated and was passed back and forward , he was even getting automated phone calls asking him for his no claim discount proof but still no way or advice of how he could get it to them. In the end he gave up and canceled the policy he had with them, and funnily enough it took that online but they took over £50 for the cancelation fee. He is now back with his old insurance company but is out of pocked. This company is not customer friendly they don't want you to contact them they just want to take your money one way or another.
