totally useless company, claim to be an all online company but have constant website issues. they have seemed very helpful with a recent non fault claim of mine until it came to actually doing anything of any use, they send you round the houses talking to all and sundry and you never get the same information twice, after finding a replacement car for my written off fiesta, i was told to 'simply' switch my policy over to the new car (vw polo) this wasn't working at the time, so i'm now faced with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE, and when i ring the claim line in desperation as there picking up my courtesy car tomorrow and i have no way of getting anywhere. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE QUOTEMEHAPY.COM. I PUT ONE STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ITS THE LOWEST RATING POSSIBLE
