If I could give this a 0 star, i would! I went with Quinn as they were the cheapest quote for a new driver. however, i really regret this now. unfortunately, I had a lorry crash into my car 9 weeks ago and have had nothing but a bad experience from Quinn themselves. I sent photos of the damage to my car. All they tell me is they cannot inspect the lorry due to it being out all the time. My bumper was temporarily fixed by them but now is falling off again and my number plate light has fallen inside the car, they are refusing to do anything about this. my policy is up in september so if anybody knows if i can go with a different company whilst the claim is ongoing, I would really appreciate it.
