I recently used Moneysupermarket to buy insurance, I went through the usual steps, entered the named driver details etc, was quoted £408 which I thought was reasonable so I set up a direct debit and took out the policy.
4 days later I received the insurance documents to see that the named driver was not on the certificate so I rang them immediately and asked why, there response was that I must have done an incorrect quote although I have the screenshots with the named driver ticked, would not help at all, wanted to add an additional £600 per year to the policy and considering it is within the 14 day cooling off period I asked to cancel and get a refund to which their response was well you cant! I am now going to make an official complaint and will take them to court if needed just to prove a point.
Absolutely disgusting company, avoid like the plague.
