This is by far the WORSE car insurance ever!!! Word of advice spend your money elsewhere. I was involved in an accident back in May 2014,they don't care about anything apart from making sure that your payments are up to date. You have to constantly contact them in order for them to do their jobs, because you are left in the loop not knowing what is going on or what they are doing. FINALLY after 2 months they contact you stating in their words 'THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU' and hearing this from time and time again I got upset and demand that I speak to a manager to explain the situation and to my surprise they said that is NOT POSSIBLE and they REFUSED to transfer the call, seriously as a company what can they do in order to help their customer's. I was livid that I paid an extortionate price for POOR quality customer service. EVEN if this is the cheapest quote go elsewhere where you would get a better and comfortable service. I am so glad that my insurance with them was expiring and EVEN then they try to harass you into renewing with them.
