Privilege Car Insurance Review

I had car insurance with Privilege for 2 months and was notified that the registered keeper is the named driver. I explained I was not aware that this was not allowed with them as it was allowed with my previous insurance and therefore requested to swap the policyholder with the named driver, obviously willing to pay the difference owed. Instead they immediately enforced cancellation procedures, assessed we 'deliberately' provided us with false information and assumed 'we knew' or 'did not care' and further believed it was done dishonestly with intent of making financial gain. They voided the policy for this reason since day 1 when it was first setup and promised to refund all money back to my account. Received a letter from them which states they 'will retain the premium paid', counteracting what was previously stated on more than one occasion. They took the matter further and mentioned they 'will now search its records and will write to you cancelling all policies you hold that are underwritten by them'. They further said, 'they will notify relevant authorities' and they 'will share details of this matter with fraud prevention agencies and this may adversely affect your ability to obtain financial products in the future'.
