I had a crash in May; a driver moved into my lane. He told his insurer what happened (also a member of dl group). they said he was at fault. They asked him to put it in writing. He hasn't. So Privilege have taken my no claims discount away .. there is no incentive to sort this out.
Still I renewed with them...
But they couldn't send me the certificate electronically (I needed it for a new Tax disk). So I called to cancel. They sent me a letter to say it was cancelled and to send my certificate back to get my money back.
I sent it over a month ago...I still haven't got my premium back.
So in conclusion...I've had my no claim discount taken because they can't be bothered to speak to the other claiment and they haven't returned my premium.
