Always find us a great price but falls down on long queues waiting for phone to answer with extremely annoying music. Also for the last couple of years has been inefficient in sending out my renewal docs. Very pleasant on the phone and apologetic but need to improve on answering phone mainly. Been a customer for many years.

I have had our car insurance with Premium Choice for the last 3/4 years. In all that time there customer service has been excellent. Today the 28th of February 2019 the person I dealt with from customer service took customer service to the next level. She was very friendly, helpful and really sensitive to my inquiry. She listened carefully to me and answered comprehensively all of my questions. She also helped me through the view license code process. She is a credit to your company. I only wish more car insurance companies could act in the same way. Thank you once again to her for what I can only describe as an amazing, fantastic, wonderful service.

I had taken too long to load documents and phoned them to ask for some help, they could not have been more helpful, especially considering it was my fault... My adviser talked me through loading documents and whilst I was on the phone she gained my no claims discount for me. I was on the phone for half an hour and they did most of the work for me. I could not recommend enough, both for customer service and price.

They have been really helpful and understanding with any issues that I have experienced, at no fault of the company. They have been approachable and easy to work with even during difficult times. The only issue that I experienced in their behalf was an error on my renewal letter regarding price, which they appolagised for and corrected.

I spoke with someone earlier on today as i received a text stating my car insurance was going to be cancelled as i hadn’t sent my documents over which i did a couple days ago. As you can imagine i wasn’t best pleased expecting to be on hold and on the phone for ages as i have with other insurers. I firstly went through to the wrong department but was then sent directly to the correct one where i had the pleasure of speaking to a person who very quickly sorted everything out for me in a human and friendly way. Thanks to her for her help today!

Premium choice are a great insurance company and the best insurance company that I have had so far. I joined them in August 2018. When I searched for a quotation for my new car, Premium had the best rates out there. I called first to speak to an adviser before signing anything and they were really helpful and provided the right information. I usually have no issues when I call over the phone. I spoke with Sunita today and she was so helpful towards me and provided such good customer service. My only downfall is that you are not open on weekends but it is beneficial that you are open after 18:30 (which allows me to call after work). Thank you so much for all your help and I look forward to continuing to use Premium choice!

Terrible company, awful customer service and 30+ minute hold times no matter when you call. They made a mistake on their end and then tried to charge me money for it after removing a driver from my policy because I "hadn't sent documents". I've got several emails proving otherwise. They then removed this driver without notifying me which could've resulted in them driving illegally and it would've been Premium Choice's fault! After sending multiple emails trying to resolve the issue I was ignored and passed to a debt collection firm. After reading other reviews I can see I'm not the only one! See you in court Premium Choice.

I have just renewed my motorcycle insurance with Premium Choice who I have been with for over 10 years. The renewal costs were agreed very easily and I am happy with the cover provided, including adding a second bike. I would have given them the highest score, but for a couple of annoying issues! First off, the time it takes to answer the initial call, always takes between 10-15 minutes, way too long! Then repeatedly reading back to you all the details of the policy, very annoying, and I am on the phone for well over half an hour! In there defence they did ring me back when I realised I was running low on phone minutes. I just wish the renewal process could be speeded up, especially when the policy is being renewed without any major changes. Other than that little niggle, I do find the people at Premium Choise both friendly and helpful and I'll probably use them next year, provided the costs are ok and the phone is answered quickly!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely rubbish from start to finish. I did complain and get compensation, however it doesn't pay for the amount of time on hold and the stress of it all. Communication shocking, customer service ok when yopu finally get through and they do try there best to help but i am still having to chase up my no claims bonus proof from them still now a year later currently on hold at number 12 in the que...

I've been trying since 4th Sept to speak to someone regarding my policy..tbe service is rubbish..covea who they work With are dreadful.try answering the phone I drive a range rover swapping for a lugùna just a family car yet they want another £350 on top of what I've paid making this cars insurance £735....answer your phones!!!

IN OVER 40 YEARS OF CAR INSURANCE, THIS COMPANY HAS CAUSED THE MOST HASSLE! THEY SLAPPED ON HIGH INTEREST CHARGES FOR MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS AND THEN WANTED A FURTHER PAYMENT FOR NON DISCLOSURE OF AN INCIDENT OF 4 YEARS AGO WHERE NO CLAIMS WERE MADE AND NO DAMAGE DONE WHATSOEVER THEY SAID THEY HAD RETRIEVED FROM DATA BASE. IT TURNED OUT TO BE IN THE NAME OF ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE FAMILY ANYWAY. WHEN WE TRIED TO CANCEL THE POLICY (WITHIN 3 DAYS - SO WELL WITHIN 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD - THEY WANTED TO CHARGE £50 ADMIN FEE! WE THEREFORE, RELUCTANTLY ENDED UP REMAINING WITH THEM AND PAYING IN ONE ANNUAL SUM. CERTAINLY WON'T BE RECOMMENDING THEM OR EVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!
