So I insured my car with premium choice for £830 for the year on a 1.2L 56 reg polo. I previously had an accident so I understood it wouldn't be as cheap as I would like, I was also only 19 at the time I did have a years no claims though. So the following year came and they quoted me £760. I rang them and said how disgusting I thought it was as I had got a quote for £460 from another company. Please read all the other reviews because they are 100% correct, worst company I have ever been with. 1st of all they kept sending me emails and letters saying I have not sent them the documentation required ( I had sent them this info) and that if I don't send within 7 days they will start the cancelation procedure, after many of phone calls later they said they now have the info but no sorry for the inconvenience, a few months later I move address and ring premium choice to inform them and… Read Full Review

Horrible company. They no checking his email box. All the time sending letters about cancellation. Now I must pay 83 quid premium was 59 and adm.fee of 25 quid . And I still don't know for what. When I asking them. Thay tried asking me how much I got from my job money. Address of my company....and many more stupid question but no answer for my one. Idiots. I recently took out car insurance, i have been driving 23 years with 15 years ncb and clean licence.I had to send copies of driving licence and proof of NCB as you do but kept getting threatning letters about them cancelling my insurance if those documents had not been sent.I HAD SENT THEM WITHIN SEVEN DAYS all that time they had not checked their email inbox and felt like absolute idiots trying to blame me.The customer service people do seem abrupt.Then one week later they tried to charge me… Read Full Review

DO NOT GO with Premium Choice unless you want to get RIPPED off. I cancelled my policy 3 week's before renewal via telephone and emailed when they automatically reviewed my policy. After cancelling it twice they still renewing my policy costing my £76 pounds. If you would like to pay more than you need to go with Premium Choice,l would carry on looking for better insurers… Read Full Review

Worst car insurance ever, we kept having letters coming though claiming we owe them money for all sorts of ridiculous reasons one claiming an accident that hasn't taken place. And then out of the blue cancelled the policy and now asking for £500! For an accident that hasn'thappened. They were incredibly rude on the phones, not helpful in anyway at all. having been with premium choice for over a year i got a new car and found a cheaper insurance company to go with on the vehicle then what they quoted me of £80 pound admin fee and deposit plus £25 pounds on top of my origonal quote per month. i then tried to cancel my insurance having 6 months left which worked out as £250 pounds they quoted me £108 cancellation fee claiming it was for £50 pounds admin fee and the rest a (short fall fee) having read the terms and conditions that they sent… Read Full Review

I was first pleased to find a cheap quote with Premium choice, but now wish I hadn't bothered with them and had gone with someone else, even if the price had been a little higher! Been on the phone with them 4times in a week, and had no sense whatsoever with any of the rude staff I talked to, and recieved no apology due to their awful 'customer service!' First off premium choice and Achoice (both the same) are terrible, they were happy to take my money for two cars but then wouldn't insure me unless I provided them with utility bills and both parts of my drivers license out of principal I refused to send this information as I've never been asked in 8 years if driving, Tesco didn't need it the aa didn't need it swinton didn't need so why these, were they dodgy I thought? Been with this company for just over a year now. I initially went with them through price comparison sites and, as I've never had any claims, I've never had to deal with their customer care team...until today. Unfortunately it appears that their contracts auto-renew without any prior consent. “Not so good at renewal”

Premium choice were great when I was a new customer. But when it cam to renewing.... 1. They didn't send me a renewal quote on time, meaning I had to call them. 2. Call 1: After 15 minutes on hold, some random who couldn't offer a quote answered. He took my phone number and said he would arrange for the renewals department to call back. 3. “Disgusted with this company”

My policy with the company runs out in a couple of months and I had to move address and the add admin fee's on for everything and I was disgusted to find they added on a £36 admin fee just because I moved address which in fact is a more safe place for my car. I also complained about it and they basically emailed me back to explain it was admin fee n that was it. will certainly not be renewing my policy with this company!!!!… Read Full Review

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the administration fee we charged. All our fees and charges are disclosed as part of our contract with you and can be found in the Terms of Business sent within your Welcome Pack.

I apologise if our communication with you via email did not reach our expected standard on this occasion. After looking into your case I can see that there was an administration charge as part of our fees as highlighted in our Terms of Business. I can also see that when you made a change to your policy last year, we did not apply a charge. If you would like me to investigate this further for you, please email me and I will be happy to look into this further for you.

Excuse me but it was your company that made the adjustment last year and not myself, this is the the whole reason I would never use your company again or would I recommend your company to anyone, I emailed your company back in the 18th of fen when I received the ridiculous response to my complaint and surprise surprise I have still not received an email back but you can contact me on here, you have breached your companies customer policy by not even responding to me but I guess that doesn't matter to you's
