Lady I spoke to was extremely helpful - phoned up to renew insurance and I managed to get a cheaper renewal price than what was on my renewal letter. Lady was able to answer all of my questions and it was very fast. 10 minutes at the most and that included being put on hold whilst the quote was reviewed. Happy with the service - setting up car insurance and renewing is something I never look forward to but this was effortless! 5 star and it's very likley I will renew again next year.. 5 star customer service which can't be faulted.
