Not happy at all, was told on the phone that I would receive no claims protection and that it would cost x amount only to receive my documents through email saying that My no claims is not protected, when I rang the person I spoke to told me that I was paying MORE than what was agreed !!!!! After over 25 minutes on the phone it was finally sorted out but was told I would still have to wait how ever many days until my no claims was even protected !!! I still have not recieved my new documents through email!!
