Excellent value & a pretty easy to use website!

Found this company on a comparison website and was surprised how much cheaper they were than others. Needless to say I went in with a sceptical eye but everything checks out.
Their site is cleanly laid out, but I did get caught in a loop adding details to my policy. I probably missed something but I feel it wasn't totally obvious the next thing to click.
The policy hasn't started yet so I can't really comment on the level of direct customer service. I was impressed with their portal for uploading documents, that was slick.
Payment was easy, hasn't come out of my account yet though so I'm waiting for my bank manager to have a coronary later this month.
Haven't had any comment back from the company to say that my policy has been accepted and my documents are live, but I'm hopeful that they'll get back to me in the next few days. I did put everything together online for them late on a Thursday so I think it's only fair to leave it a few days.

Overall I can't think of anything wrong with the process of organising a policy and I look forward to my first point of contact with their representatives. Certainly their pricing is very competitive and for that alone they must be recommended.
