I never ever write reviews , which shows the amount of disgust I had after I got off the phone with one of your representatives today. The chap I spoke to was a lovely man , helpful and very apologetic when he told me the costs I would incure to either remove my father from the my insurance this year or cancel altogether. You wanted to charge me over £200 for either option ! It is a complete disgrace. I only took the insurance out on 6/05/15 now on the 12/05/15 , (six whole days) you want to charge over £200 to cancel. Or over £200 to remove my father. Got me by the proverbials! The actual price for the year was only £640. DO NOT INSURE WITH PREMIUM CHOICE.
