I have found customer service to be poor and that my records weren't correctly updated
Following a car of mistaken identity. However the insurance in cheap
Would hate to have to claim with Premium Choice!
Just because it is cheap, doesn't mean customer service should be any worse. This is the only way I can think that to improve their overall service.
