Very Disappointed

I simply called to renew my insurance with exactly the same details as last year, no changes, nice and straightforward. BUT. I couldnt get through on two previous occasions (line just dropped) and then had to be called back at a less convenient time. This meant I wanted to get through the call as fast as possible. I was amazed that it took nearly 20mins to renew my insurance, but the biggest hassle was being pressured into purchasing optional extras.
I am happy to listen to the product being offered, but when I turn it down, I expect that to be the end of it. I dont need to be made to feel stupid about all the things I should have thought about - "what will you do if you dont have a courtesy car?, how will you get to work?" etc. etc. Its none of your flippin business, dont waste my time.
I would have gone with someone else, but you're all the same. All this marketing and up-selling is a scourge.
