My renewal letter came through not even slightly cheaper after another year no claims! So I rang up to say I was going elsewhere. The customer service team are so mardy and have attitude problems. Luckily they said they would ring me back as they were all busy on calls and I managed to get a nice lady which shocked me! Every time I call they seem depressed. Managed to save £200 anyway from calling up but they would of happily let me pay more if I hadn't bothered.
Shop around and be careful!
