Took out their insurance via a comparison site and picked them purely on price as they were the cheapest. Once all of my documentation arrived I had to and copies of my no claims and drivers license. I ended up sending these 4 times before they were acknowledged. During this time I had letters from Premium Choice informing me that they would cancel my insurance if I did not send the required documents even though I already had sent them.

Near the end of my 1 year I changed my car. What a nightmare this is turning out to be. I am having to cancel my policy and miss out on the extra 1 year to add to my no claims. The alternative is to stick with them but pay £200 more than everyone else is quoting.

Learn from my mistake - you get what you pay for. Pay the extra few pounds and go with a decent company.
