I was first pleased to find a cheap quote with Premium choice, but now wish I hadn't bothered with them and had gone with someone else, even if the price had been a little higher! Been on the phone with them 4times in a week, and had no sense whatsoever with any of the rude staff I talked to, and recieved no apology due to their awful 'customer service!' They threatened me how many times to either pay up £1,555 in the next week or my insurance got cancelled, unfortunately for them I wasnt that stupid to pay that amount, due to them being in the wrong and not explaining things properly to me about my insurance! I wouldn't advice ANYONE to put their money or trust into this insurance company!!
