Had a burst tyre, this was replaced by main agent for BMW. They took required photos of tyre. I completed claim form & posted with photos and invoice. Received cheque in settlement within a few days. Great service and good value as tyres are around £250 each.
Rang before starting work and received claim form & reference by e-mail.
Completed all sections and ensured I provided full information.
